Bottle at Siidrima (thanks Kairi?). Pours hazy yellow. Aroma is apples, sourness, oil. Flavor is apples, sour, slight sweetness, tannins, sourness, dryness, oily, bit weird. Carbonation is high. Overall: good dry cider.

Bottle from Chambers St. Wines. Clear golden honey body. Ever slightly chill hazed. Foam billowing out as it pours. Smell is bitter, tart apples, mixed in with some interesting, unfamiliar red berry notes. Taste is incredibly minerally, salty, tart & bitter. Incredibly acidic, bitter fruit rind. Strong, but never sour. I almost crave for just a little hint of sweetness to help me out. Tawt & exposed, my tongue quickly fades. I should share bottles more often. Unidentifiable, yet somewhat familiar flavors from apples varieties I’ve never seen or tasted before. Interesting.
