Minnares IPA is een blond bier van hoge gisting met nagisting op de fles en met een alcoholgehalte van 7 volumeprocent. Deze India Pale Ale heeft een vrij bittere smaak, maar deze is niet overheersend. De heerlijke afdronk is het resultaat van een rijke hop- en moutsmaak. Een goede dorstlesser.

Sampled at zythod 2018. Thnx for sharing, everyone ! Pours unclear blonde, no real head. Smell is intense. Belgian yeast. (esters and phenols) no hoparoma. Taste is sharp. Tad bitter. Malty, very yeast forward. Late, rather intense bitterness. Not great. Where is the hoparoma? Why is this so damn yeasty? , where is the balance? Why call this an IPA?,,

Copper colour with lacy head. Aroma has some floral and herbal notes. Flavour seems slightly grassy and also perfumed. Perhaps a combination of the hop and added sugar.

Spritzig hopfiger Beginn, hintergründig wüssrig. Leicht herb, süffig, eher geringe Würzigkeit. Gut trinkbar. 10/8/9/8//9

Bottle. Clear golden color with hardly any head. Aroma is phenolic, peach, straw. Taste is phenolic, peach. Oily mouthfeel with low carbonation. Ok.

Sampled @ Zythos Bier Festival 2018. A almost clear golden beer. Aroma of apples, soft fruity hops. Taste of mild orange fruits, zest, some apples.

Zythos 2018. Golden with a lasting white head. Grainy malt aroma with phenolic, yeasty notes. Sweet grainy flavour with plastic and grass.

28/IV/18 - shared @ Zythos Bierfestival 2018 (Leuven) - BB: n/a (2018-570) Thanks to the ratebeer crew for sharing today's beers!

Clear blond beer, small creamy white head, unstable, dissipates quickly. Aroma: malty, bit soapy, floral touch, hay, bit sweetish. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter start, bit fruity, soapy, unpleasant bitterness, banana. Aftertaste: esters, bit fruity, very bitter, rather metallic.
