A fresh Cali IPA that hits all the right notes. It's crisp, clean and oh so punchy with hops. Big hitters Simcoe, Citra and Mosaic do most of the heavy lifting, while Talus offers sherbet lemon and pithy pink grapefruit notes that we think work exceptionally well in these kinds of beers. It finishes with trademark resinous bitterness.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Siren online. Pours. Mead yellow-gold with a modest, creamy white head. Medium sweet flavour with nice piney notes, juicy tangerine, grapefruit, orange, rindy bitterness, supportive pale malts. Medium bodied with carbonation. Decent balance in the finish, mild resinous pine, semi-ripe citrus fruits. Mighty drinkable.

Thin off white head left a translucent lifeless golden body.... Honey, cat piss & bitter pine aroma. Medium bodied, sharp dry & cloying. Bitter, pithy, grapefruit, herbal & pine tastes with a massive hop hit on the finish. This is all over the show. Kills the tongue - Love it!
