Kort & Krachtig was voorheen Heksen & Trollen en alleen de naam is anders. Nog altijd is het een heerlijk fruitige saison met een licht bittere afdronk. Met een lekker stevige schuimkraag. Het is een geweldenaar voor als je eens dorst hebt, maar ook als je eens zo’n typisch ietwat kruidige saison wilt proeven.

This beer is called Heksen & trollen, that translates as Witches & Trolls. Why? We know why but we don't tell! The beer is a Saison, an old Belgian and northern France beer-style. At high temperatures fermented to make it very spicy and refreshing. Lots of citrus in the taste, but with a bitter finish. Light cloudy, blond. Formally known as White Witch

Personally, I have enjoyed a lot this saison beer. There is a lovely touch of tropical hop, mango, passion fruit, perfectly bitter, malt, 20.10.2018.

Aus der Flasche (Heksen & Trollen - bottled 12.06.2019 - bbe 12.06.2021) im 2020-06 getrunken. Dieses leicht trübe Saison ist ein typischer Stilvertreter und kommt mit einer deutlicher Hopfennote daher. Und genau das dort nicht mehr als dieser Hopfeneinfluss ist kann das schöne Sommerbier-Aroma in der Nase nicht helfen das ich es gern im Glas habe.
