Draught@TCBW2018. Pitch black color with a small beigeish brown head. Aroma is caramel, roast, some liquorice, alcohol and some chocolate as well. Flavour is caramel, alcohol, chocolate, liquorice and some mild ripe fruits and dates.

Crowler from CopenRoss. Near brown pour, creamy beige head. Boozy aroma, chocolate, raisins, brown sugar, sweet, brownies. Taste is malty, chocolate before the bourbon warmth catches up, chocolate fudge. Finishes and stays warm. Creamy, smooth.

10 oz. pour at Parry's off Interquest. Black, with a small, bubbly, tan head. The aroma is green coconut, light espresso, dark chocolate, anise, caraway, and brown bread. Sweet and heavily malty. Heavy body, with a syrupy, lightly biting and astringent palate. This is a fun and solid stout.

Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, burnt, dark malt, sweet malt, wood - barrel, alcohol - bourbon. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, wood, alcohol, bourbon - vanilla - chocolate, dark malt, sweet malt. Tap at MCBT. Deep black with red highlights and a syrupy cocoa aroma. Medium body and raspy carbonation but smooth molasses and rum flavor. Smooth and well balanced for a big beer. 4.1
