A coolshipped Wit made with DEYA. Chevallier Heritage Malt and Buckwheat bring nutty biscuit notes complementing the candied lemon addition. A medium body with marmalade depths and light tartness.

Hops: Mittlefruh, Loral
Grist: Chevallier Heritage Malt, Wheat, Torrefied Wheat, Flaked Torrefied Buckwheat
Yeast: Mixed Ferm House Blend
Adjunct: Coriander Seed, Lemon Peel, Candied Lemon Peel

Аромат вита но с какими то апдейтами, как будто есть ноты от сена, не понятно настоящие ли этом дикие дрожжи, но намек на это есть. Корианд тоже на месте но есть что то еще от специй, при этом тонна от цитурсовых, и мякоть и кожура. Цвет бледно желтый, дикий гашинг кстати. Вкус такой же, много цитрусов и специй в стиль, при этом немного ноток от странных дрожжей. Кароче говоря норм крафтовый вит, но ожидал большего.

Bottle @ Esben tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are wheat malt, yeast, hay, barnyard, stable and hops. Nice sour finish.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and moderate hoppy and acetic aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average finish. Oily palate.

Bottle picked up at the brewery about a year ago. Hazed gold. Good white foam. Oak. Tartness. Wheat. Lemon peel. Some sweetness. Light dry. Citrus bitterness. Foamy and fresh. Light tart finish.

Keg at BBNo Riverside Beer Fest. Pungent perfumed lemon. Opaque light amber. Thin creamy white head. Initial dry vinous flavour before the bitter lemon kicks in. Light bodied. Thin. Benefits from soft-fizzy carbonation. Dry slightly astringent finish. A pleasent brew.

Keg at BBNo Riverside beer festival 2021. A light hazed bright golden yellow, lasting white froth. Aroma is mild funk, stale bread, lemon, herbal, peppery hop. Palate is soft pithy, dry, highish carbonation. Flavour is composed of pithy wheat, floury, mellow funk, delicate. Grass. Decent.

375ml bottle. Hazy golden, big white head. Aroma of lemon, coriander, malts. Taste is tart, lemon, marmalade, coriander, wheat, light nutty/biscuity. Medium bodied.
