(On tap @ Mikkeller and Friends, Copenhagen, May 7/19) Pours murky dark brownish-red with an orangish-white head. Aroma is massively intense raspberry jelly preserves with some raisins, prune and berry pips, a little citrusy bite. Flavour is heavily sour and biting with somewhat cooked or preserved raspberry, blending with the lacto, berry pips, wood, a bit leafy, berry tannins. Medium-full body. Damn aggressive stuff really, it's interesting even if more than a small glass is way too much.

Sample at MBCC2019 First Session, Copenhagen. Colour is slightly cloudy dark ruby with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Berries, red berries, sweetness, lactoce, sourness.... aggressive.

Draught @ MBCC '19 [ Yellow Session ]. - Mikkeller Beer Copenhagen Celebration 2019, Øksnehallen, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 København V, Danmark.[ As Mikkeller SpontanHexadrupelRaspberry ].Unclear - hazy medium to dark red colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white - pink head. Aroma is rich and very intense berries, raspberries, maybe some blackcurrant - blueberry, sour and tart berries. Flavor is heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, raspberry, rich and intense, tart and sour. Bottle @MBCC2019, Yellow Session. hazy dark red, small pinkish head. Strong raspberry aroma and blackcurrant aroma. Pungeant berry flavour, really strong raspberry and blackcurrant. Has a little sourness to balance the fat berry flavour.

On tap at Mikkeller Bar Viktoriagade. Hazy reddish/brown with a small head. Aroma and taste of raspberries, funk, some oak and hints of jam. The finish was quite sour.

Draught @ MBCC 2019. Pours hazy deep reddish brown with a small tan head. Aroma of malt, sourness, rich tart fruit, rich red berries, raspberry. Flavor is sweet and tart fruit, malt, sour, intense berries, raspberry. Full body, oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation, sweet and acidic finish. Great, even as im not a fan of raspberries. 110519
