dark golden to bright amber colour, huge, dense and long lasting beige-ish ecru head, which lasts for several minutes; aroma of pine, grapefruit, peach, some orange peel oils and minimal celery notes; taste is quite hoppy-bittery with the same notes as can be felt in the aroma; quite good IPA

Bottle. Bit hazy light amber with big off white head. Caramel, bread crust, grapefruit, marmelade, light blueberries, strawberries. Over medium sweet and bitter. Sol8d medium bodied. Decent classic US IPA.

Amber with a lingering frothy head. Fruity aroma full of peach and citrus. Taste is bittersweet to bitter, mildly bitter at the finish. Slight staleness to the hops. This has been in the cellar for 3 months but we’re still a couple months before the expiration date. Medium body, moderate to mild carbonation. Okay.
