Brewed with Bohemian Pils malt and Saaz hops Technical Ecstasy pours a stunning hazy straw color with an enormous dense white head, the hallmark of a fresh Pilsner. The hops’ floral, slightly spicy aroma immediately lures you in. The medium-bodied mouth feel produces a soft, crackery maltiness immediately followed by spicy, slightly grassy notes.

16 oz can poured. A nice hazy, shiny golden pour here. Thick cream foam head. Straw like grains up front on the aroma. Has a coriander like hinted spice as well. Some bready malt flavor, but light and very refreshing. More of a coriander like spice in the flavor as well. Makes this easier to drink, and even more refreshing. A standout pils here. For the most accurate review and description of the beer, just read the can. It's spot on.

Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2017. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces. Aroma is very straw forward with some earthy grass, hay and grains backing. Flavor combines hay, grass, straw and grains with a slightly dry finish.

16 oz. can in a trade with GrandaddyKC. Slightly hazy golden color with average frothy head, with good lace down the glass. Aroma is moderate pale malt, hay, sweet malt, and just a hint of grass. Flavor is moderate sweet with a mild sulfur. The bitterness is light and grassy with an abrupt clean finish. Very refreshing and proper for the style.

Bottle at Culmination Fest 16: Poured a golden with a white foamy head. Aroma is nice grain and grass, mild hops. Taste is dusty lemon, light sulfur, grain. Very summer refreshing, even on a rainy Alaskan weekend.

Pour is a clear straw yellow with a large white head. Aroma is everything you would expect, dry cracker and bready malt with some grassy hop. Flavor is more of the dry cracker like malt and the finish is a nice herbal hop. Maybe a bit thicker and heavier than some pilsners but this still has everything you are looking for. Very spot on and tasty pils.
