Collaborating with other breweries is always so fun! Especially when they have crazy ideas. So, this time we made a Sour IPA with blueberries, hibiscus and spelt. As a result we have this refreshing sour brew with deep reddish colour.

Can from Beerdome. Small head with short duration. Color is clear red. Aroma and taste are rich raspberries, little lactose acid, fruits and hops. Nice light sour finish.

Frothy white fair fully diminishing head. DArk red colour. Light malty and moderate hoppy and powerfui raspberry aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Strong raspberry notes. Very acetic. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate and fizzy.

Can from Beerdome. Hazy deep red with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, red berries and tart. Flavor is quite sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. No sign of any IPA. 201221

Can from HavnensVin&Tobak. Pours hazy dark beetroot red with medium pink head. Aroma is intense cherry, bitter almond, sour blueberry, black currant jam, yeast and vinegar. Taste is light to medium sweet, light bitter and medium to very acidic. Body is milky with fizzy carbonation. Finish is long and mostly sour with intense notes of vinegar, white wine, cherry, raspberry, milk, yogurt and bitter almond. Very fruity and crisp.

Can at the flat in Sofia - picked up from Nosferatu. Pours dee purple-red with a foamy, fading pink head. Light to medium sweet flavour with pleasant jammy berries, blueberries, mild acidity, raspberries. Medium bodied with fine, spritzy carbonation. Finishes with more juicy berries, especially blueberry, relaxed tartness. Solid.

Cloudy purple with a pink head. Aroma of blueberries, tart red and dark berries, yoghurt, vanilla and lactic notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
