A Peach and Raspberry infused (in the boil!) Berliner Weisse inspired by the beautiful singer, Dame Nellie Melba, after which the Peach Melba was named! Slightly tart with light sweet notes ringing out like the dulcet tones of its namesake!

Lattina. Arco olfattivo dominato dalla frutta. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. Il piano sottostante si presenta velato. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Sul palato si attestano indizi di agrumi, pompelmo e pesca a polpa bianca.

Can from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is tart red berries with raspberry, peach, and fruit yoghurt. I get more raspberry than peach. Flavour is hardly sour but nicely tart, with a little sweetness as well. Body is light. Refreshing and enjoyable, but I don't really get the fuzz.

Canned. Slightly hazy pinkish red colour with a small quickly vanishing head. Aroma is peach, mild raspberries as well as some slight tartness. Flavour is peach, raspberries, mild wood, some tartness as well as some slight acidity. Smooth and very refreshing,

330ml can. Poured a hazy light reddish amber colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is peachy, vanilla, raspberry. The flavour is moderate to light sour, with a crisp, light creamy, biscuit dough, tart raspberry fruit palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.

Unclear medium amber orange colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly to fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, tart raspberry - tart peach ! Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, raspberry, peach, mirabelle, sweet malt, tart note. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Beaverfest. Keg. Hazy orange beer, small pale cream colour head. Light palate, minerally crisp. Thin malts. Tangy fruits. Floral fruits. Little peach - mango. Light crisp minerally finish. A touch recessed. And no raspberry for me. Dame Melba may not be amused.

Lata 33 CL en el señor Lupulo Gijon 24..10.. 2018. (r63). Color rosáceo velado con espuma blanca persistente fina. Sabores frescos suaves ácidos afrutados con toques cítrico y frutas del bosque. Cuerpo ligero fácil de beber, algo gaseoso. Fino. Original, refrescante. Buena.

Sample at SBWF 2018. Hazy reddish/orange with a small head. Fresh with raspberries, peach, light yoghurt and some funk. The body was light. An easy to drink one.
