A Peach and Raspberry infused (in the boil!) Berliner Weisse inspired by the beautiful singer, Dame Nellie Melba, after which the Peach Melba was named! Slightly tart with light sweet notes ringing out like the dulcet tones of its namesake!

330ml can. Cloudy, dark orangey golden to amber colour with average, thick, creamy, diminishing, minimally lacing, white head. Fruity, slightly tangy and minimally grassy aroma, sweet-and-sour, fruit acidic notes of raspberry, hints of peach, a weak, underlying touch of mild sauerkraut. Taste is tart-ish, fruity, notes of raspberry, hints of peach, fruit acid, more than subtle sweetness. Well balanced, highly drinkable, obligatory for raspberry lovers.

[9/6/2018] Draught at Euston Tap in London. Hazy peach color. Yogurt, pickled vegetables, berries, peach, milky, tart and a bit sweetish, a bit of graininess, medium-bodied.

Unclear, orange-yellow colored, small to no white head. Aroma is of light malt, fruity peach, some sourness, bit raspberry. Taste is medium to light sweet, light malt, again plenty of peach and some raspberry, light+ sour, dry. Light bodied, average carbonation, watery. (can)

Can at the taproom. It's the colour of rosé wine with a slight yellowish hue. It's got the wonderful smell of an unadulterated Berliner: sweet yet funky with youghurt/posset notes. Tastes fantastic. The fruit doesn't dominate, but instead throws a tart shadow on the milky Berliner. I must admit that I get far more raspberry tha peach. The finish is long and intensely berry-laden. Carbonation is a bit too heavy but it's not the end of the world. All in all a very decent drink.

Tap. Unclear orange-to-pink-ish color with white head. Aroma is lactic, peach, milky yeast, a bit kettle-sour-parmeggiano. Taste is peach, fuzzy peach skin, lactic, yoghurt, quite tart, but also quite milky. Silky mouthfeel with low carbonation. Okay.

Sampled @ Van Moll Fest 2018. Unclear light amber-ish color, average sized white head. Smell and taste sweetness and sourish at the same time. Light lactose notes, fruity yoghurt is what it reminds me of. Quite nice. I like this one. Really refreshing. 7-4-8-4-16.
