A Peach and Raspberry infused (in the boil!) Berliner Weisse inspired by the beautiful singer, Dame Nellie Melba, after which the Peach Melba was named! Slightly tart with light sweet notes ringing out like the dulcet tones of its namesake!

Sampled from tap at Van Moll Fest 2018. Hazy, orangeish red with a white head. Sweetish, sourish, rather fruity and a bit minerally aroma of peach, raspberry, rose hip and hibiscus. Minimally sweet, quite sour, gently fruity taste of raspberry, rhubarb, rose hip, hibiscus and some peach, followed by a short, quite tart, rather dry finish. Thin to medium body, quite astringent and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay!

330 ml can from BeerLovers, bb 14.08.18
Amber-pink, hazy body, with a medium, dissipating, off-white head.
Aroma of funk, barnyard, sweet-sour raspberries, peach.
Tastes of more sweet than sour raspberries, peach, moderate barnyard,
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a fizzy carbonation.
Finishes fruity, medium sweet, moderate funky, with lots of rapsberries, subtle barnyard.
Very nice. Lovely, funky and fruity nose, while the taste is more on the sweet side. Drinks very fresh, with lots of raspberries and the peach coming through as the beer warms up. Really quaffable style example.

Can from Park Fever, Hither Green. Reddish-orange pour with a white head. Aromas of raspberry, vanilla, peach, more red berries. Nostalgic flavours of peach melba yoghurt with a splash of sour red berries. Good.
