On tap at MBCC Red Session. Pours ruby with small pinkish head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is strong raspberry and ginger. Thin body, tart berry, citrus, ginger, light acidity, enjoyed this.

Bottle: Poured a clear light reddish color ale with a large white foamy head with limited retention and not much lacing. Aroma of sour raspberry notes with light funky notes is enjoyable. Taste is dominated by strong sour notes with some acidic raspberry notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable though acidic notes are so powerful it limits the depth and complexity of flavours that can be tasted – I could barely taste any lime or ginger notes.

Draught @ MBCC'18 [ Red Session ]. - Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2018, Øksnehallen, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 København V, Danmark.[ As House of Fermentology Pink Dot ].Hazy medium red colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white - pink head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, moderate to heavy yeasty, tart, funky, berry, raspberry, lemon - lemon zest, light ginger. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, tart, raspberry, fruity yeast, wheat, citrus - lemon zest, light spicy - ginger. MBCC. Red with small pink head. Aroma is malt, raspberries, berries, lemon and spices. Flavour is malt, berries, lemon, citric, sour, spices, medium sweet and notes of acetone.

Pours dark pink, medium white head fades instantly.smell is intense, raspberry. Tad dry, oak, tart. Taste is full, very mineral, dry, very oaky, raspberry, ginger gives some spice. Very complex, lovely beer ! Perhaps a tad strong in acidity.

Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, nice slightly hazy light reddish color. Aroma is fresh sour-ish fruity, sour red berries, soda powder, oak, sorrel, berry skin, flowers, red currants. Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, soda powder, sorrel, berry skin, sour red berries, fruit stones, hay, flowers, red currants. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.
