Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta opalescente. La carbonazione è bassa. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è sufficiente. Il retrogusto è intenso. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, crosta di pane, biscotto, frutta secca, luppolo, agrumi e frutta disidratata.

Shared bottle at RB/HD on board Fridtjofen 28.06.19. Pale nut colour. Some white head and lacing. Aroma and taste of spices, malt, cardboard and green apples.

Shared 330 ml bottle. Brown colour, off-white head. Nice aroma of malts, caramel and mild spices. Decent flavour with the same elements, also brown kandij sugar.
