This is a re-brew of our collaboration with Casita Cerevezeria. Based on a Gotslandrika, juniper and smoke Viking beer. Mixed ferment in oak featuring Norwegian farmhouse yeast. We also added Cedar and pine. Beautiful acidity, with bright mid-pallet resiny conifers that fades to a bright clean up

Pours hazy deep golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, yeast, citrus and grapefruit. Taste is light to medium sweet and medium bitter with a long dry, yeasty, citrus and grapefruit finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Draught @ MBCC'18 [ Red Session ]. - Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2018, Øksnehallen, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 København V, Danmark.[ As Wunderkammer / Casita Cerveceria Vol 5: Del Arboles ].Clear medium amber orange colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light caramel, meat, smoke, herbs - juniper. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, caramel, meat, smoke, herbs, juniper. Tap@MBCC 2018 Red Session, Copenhagen - medium hazy golden orange coloured pour with white head. Citrus fruity with some notes of lemon, some straw, hay, lots of herbal and floral accents abound, medium body, yeasty touch, light spice into the finish.

MBCC 2018. Red. Pedal to the Metal session. Keg. Hazy gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Light dry crisp palate. Floral lemon and lemony citrus. A.sharp tang in to touches of orange and gueuzey funk. Nice but dry.

Keg at MBCC 2018 Red (session Trois), 12/05/18. Sahti rate #10! Golden pour with a well presented off white head. Nose is lIght funk, bitter orange, fruit rinds, spice, stale bread. Taste comprises bitter citric peel, straw, juniper berry, herbal notes, white peppery spice, yeast esters. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok stuff.
