Love is innate, but Wisdom is Learned. The love we have for what we do, and whom we do it for, resonates in our souls. Turns out, though, that love is not enough when it comes to brewing so we remain diligent in innovating our processes and, most importantly, sourcing the finest ingredients we can acquire. Wisdom is Learned, a beautifully expressed Saison aged in French oak barrels with Masumoto Family Farms "Suncrest" peaches, is a testament to our tenacity as brewers. The subtle beauty of this impeccable stone fruit shines in each sip reminding us that our choice to use them was a wise one indeed. We hope you'll agree. Sante!

Hazy, pale, thin head. Nice peachy aroma, good bugs, lots of barrel. I'm getting tannins and tartness up front, with the malts and peaches coming through a bit more in the finish. Excellent.

750mL bottle, pours a bright cloudy golden with a medium white head. Aroma is very complex, with loads of oak, rustic saison, bugs, and plenty of peaches. Flavour is wonderfully complex, with lots of peaches, delicious oakiness, and bugginess. Bright, complex, wonderfully fruity, and buggy with the best integration. Excellent.

Lol mid blink Annie. As always extra soft delicious saison with solid peach soft notes, no jammy explosion of funk here but an always reliable low acidity tasty saison with ripe peach notes.

Small, reasonably stable white, irregular head over hazy yellow-golden beer, some lace. Dry, spicy nose, coriander-ish, floral. Peaches, lactic acid, fruitacids, dry white wine, pineapple, peach sparkling wine. Feels a tad aged - in the right way. Acidthinning, light -burn, invisible good carbonation. Grew on me. Peachbeer par excellence. No idea where the bottle came from, BTW.

Bottle thanks to Russell. Pours a hazy gold with small white head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is peach flesh, lemon zest, oak, yeast. Thin body, peach, citrus, oak, nice funk, enjoyed this.

Lci, really nice lemony peachy notes, not much peach funk but great balanced upfront funk and oak with a citrus peachy finish

Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is peach forward with some light peach skin tannin notes. Moderate SARA funk with some green grape and light lemon notes with an earthy, herbal funk. Light oak and faint alcohol notes. Pours a somewhat hazy, pale, yellow gold with a medium sized, medium thick, white head that recedes to a small, thick, film that lingers for a bit on the edges. Faint lacing and small legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with a medium light acidity. Light grain notes and low bitterness. Moderate peach notes with lighter green grape, lemon, pineapple and earthy, herbal funk. Light oak notes and faint alcohol. Light mineral notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice SARA saisons with solid peach notes. Typical SARA funk and barrel character. Easy drinking and fruity.
