# 1099; 6/2018. Velmi dobrý pivo. Kvasnicový, velmi ovocný (kiwi, mango) a bylinný (kopřivy).

0.4 l on tap at 'Be Unorthodox'. Hazy, straw yellow with a medium large, foamy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, moderately fruity-grassy, slightly floral and a little yeasty-spicy aroma of citrus, fresh grass and some clove. Moderately sweet, slightly bitter, rather grassy, moderately fruity, slightly floral and a bit yeasty-spicy taste of lemon, gooseberry, white grapes, some fresh grass and a touch of clove, followed by a short, moderately bitter, fairly dry, slightly yeasty-spicy and quite grassy finish. Medium body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft to average carbonation. Very pleasant beer, nicely hopped without being aggressively so, well-crafted.

Tap at Unorthodox Bar. Softly spicy, balanced by moderate bitterness. Saisony barnyard, slightly grassy too, earthy. Easy drinking, stays rather malty and yeasty spicy after all. Good.

Tap. Hazy pale yellow color with white head. Aroma is soap, dough, fresh yeast, citric, air freshener. Taste is the same. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Too artificial for me, not convincing.

Tap @ Kaisla. Backlog, early 2018. Poured hazy light golden color with a thin white head. Aroma has citrus, lime, floral notes. Flavor has citrusy hops, spicy notes, coriander and wheat. Quite a nice one.

Draught @ Dny Pytle, Prague. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of malt, yeast, saison yeast, mild hoppy, hay, citrus, little lemonjuice. Flavor is light sour, light bitter, malt yeast, mildly hopped, hay, citrus, lemonjuice. Medium body, average carbonation, light bitter finish. Refreshing. 300318

Draught at Dno pytle. Cloudy, straw colored. AROMA- flowers, hay, herbs, earthy, yeasty, bubble gum. FLAVOR- dry, bitter, flowers, hay, earthy, malty. Medium bodied.

Zitrusgeruch. Im Antrunk trocknen bitter mit starker Hopfigkeit, etwas grasig, süffig, rund bitter. Weich, trocken herb, die Zitrusnoten nehmen ab. Langer Nachhall. 9/11/12/12//11
