Tap @ Flink Gegist Festival. Deep dark brown color. Sweet. Spices all over the place. Cinnamon, nutmeg, anis, eucalyptus. Very much not my taste.

Dark brown to black color, brown head. Smell and taste malts, raisin, lots of spices as usual in a winter beer. Ok. 7-4-7-3-14.

Split with Benzai at Cafe Meijer in Arnhem. Quite sweet with accents of caramel and raisin. Much like a dessert but containing a light bitterness concluding. Not particularly my style but happy to share.

Bottle. Black pour. Aroma of cacao powder, cinnamon, cherry, caramel and chocolate. Taste has bitter cacao powder, cherry, chocolate, some bitter roasted malt, sweet spices, cinnamon and caramel. Body is a bit thin. Not bad, but lacks body and complexity.

Draft at Flink Gegist Festival ‘19. Black with a small beige head. Aroma of Christmas spice, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, caramel and toffee. Flavour is heavy sweet. Light full bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at Flink Gegist Festival. Black with tan head. Deep roasted chocolate malts, massive gingerbread spices. Big sweet and bitter. Full body and soft carbonation. Oily fatty feel. Huge overkill on the spices but fuck it.

Tap at Flink Gegist festival. Black with dark beige head. Cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, all the Christmas spices, laurel, roast, soft coffee and chocolate. Over medium sweet with strong bitter spices. Almost full bodied. Nice, but overdone on the spices.
