Very close to our traditional apple wine, this artisanal cider retains the typicality and flavors of fresh apples. Slightly rounder but not very sweet, it's a perfect introduction to Basque cider.

330ml can. Pours clear gold with no head. Aroma is funky, earthy, green apple. Taste is dry and tart, apple, funk, almost no carbonation. Dry finish. Medium bodied.

750ml bottle as Kupela Sagradoa 6% from Basco online. Haxy yellow gold colour, thin bubbly rim and aroma of apple, barnyard funk. Taste is tart, fruity apple, juicy, soured, funky, mucky hints, leafy, earthy, with citric acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, mellow sour acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Did my best for a basque pour. Tart, very green, lemony, soft pale almond/almond spice sweetness, medium to light sour lemony acidity. Medium body and low (thanks to my pouring skills) carbonation. Very nice with the heatwave.
