A secession is when young pioneers artistically migrate from the "old country" to create a new one. So what would this taste like in a beer? We use the classic vienna malt for a flavour that is as elegant as Vienna architecture. We use modern Centennial and Mosaic hops to make this beer as colourful as a Gustav Klimt painting. And we made it light enough to have a couple of these while discussing the finer things in life.

Bottle at the rental in Sofia - picked up from Nosferatu. Pours clear honey-gold, effervescent, with a big, creamy white head. Light sweet flavour with pleasant, lightly ripened citrus fruits, orange and tangerine, mellow piney bitterness, clean pale malts. Light bodied with active, massaging carbonation. Pretty clean to finish. Easily drank.
