Tap in a tasting board. Dark brown, low head. Dusty plum and roast malt aroma. Medium body, somewhat flat. Rye bread base, Chewy licorice notes, a bit onedimensional.

Draught @ Genusswerk, Flensburg. Pours hazy very dark brown with airy light tan head. Clear aroma of roast, with notes of malt, chocolate and yeast. Bitter, roasty and coffeelike flavour with sweetish notes of lactose, chocolate, malt and touches of yeast and nuts. Roasty, nutty and estery aftertaste. A very nice one for the style.

Draught, 5.0% at Genusswerk. Weak roasted aroma with a hint of salt liquorice. Almost black colour. Seems cloudy or even muddy. Small creamy light brown head. The flavours is roasted and fruity with a little toffee and same liquorice. Low carbonation and creamy mouthfeel.
