Because we eat all kinds of things, like somlói galuska, rákóczi túrós, szilvás gombóc, zserbó, bejgli, but the cherry pie is there every Sunday on the table for hundreds of thousands of families.

ABV: 8.0%. Clear dark red colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, pink head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate to heavy cherry, almonds, cherry syrup, cake, rich. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, cherry syrup, cake, almonds, cherry, rich, salty. Body is medium, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is soft. Can sample at a tasting at Max's place. Thanks Stas. Cherry, vanilla, cinnamon, some milk, sweet and sourish, sugary, lactose. Way too sweet.

Can. cloudy purple. Fortified cherry brandy/sauce aroma, some acidity. Medium full chewy sauce, pleasant tartness, light salt fruit bubblegum, broad berries, good balance of fruity sweet and tart. Good dessert.

A can shared at the Dungeon. Huge thanks to Mustapohjola for bringing this one from Hungary. Dark cherry red colour, minimal head. Cherry cake, cherry brandy, cherry juice and cherry yoghurt aroma. Sour cherry juice flavour, quite sour, some candy sweetness. Chewy, medium body, light sour finish. One sided.

0.33l can. Hazy red body with a tiny pink head. Aroma of ripe sour cherries, nutmeg, cinnamon and lemon zest. It starts a bit restrained, but opens up nicely as it warms (it might have been too cold when I cracked it open). Taste of sour cherries, oats, almonds, lemon zest and nutmeg. Quite intense beer. I like it.

Draught @ Highlanders Bar, Aarhus. Pours hazy deep red with a creamy pink head. Aroma of malt, light sourness, sweet light tart cherries, light spice, light marcipan, cake cream. Flavor is sweet, lightly sour, malt, light spice, little cinnamon, little marcipan, sweet cherries, light alcohol. Medium to full body, soft carbonation sweet light tart fruity finish. Quite intense, not smoothing i could drink alot of, but nice in small measurements. 210620
