The pastry sour train is not stopping. This time we are showing you the real deal of Sunday family lunches: the cherry pie. Because we eat all kinds of things, like somlói galuska, rákóczi túrós, szilvás gombóc, zserbó, bejgli, but the cherry pie is there every Sunday on the table for hundreds of thousands of families.

Hazy magenta beer, small pink head. Smooth palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally crisp bite. Rich cherry mostly ripe cherry. Slightly savoury maraschino cherry. Cherry Bakewell and Cherry Liqueur. Light smooth finish. Wonderfully concentred cherry extravaganza!

Can at virtual Beermalade tasting vol. 1. Strong sweetness, though malt seems to be in background. This piece is centered on the sweetness and spices, basically really creating a pastry-like feeling. Also strong sour cherry presence. Really strong, ABV hidden well, but strength perceivable in other ways - full body, moderate carbonation. Very good, desert beer.
