The pastry sour train is not stopping. This time we are showing you the real deal of Sunday family lunches: the cherry pie. Because we eat all kinds of things, like somlói galuska, rákóczi túrós, szilvás gombóc, zserbó, bejgli, but the cherry pie is there every Sunday on the table for hundreds of thousands of families.

A: hazy red, small, foamy, pink head.
A: cherry juice & liqueur, cassis, carré confiture, vanilla, clove.
T: sweet-sour cherry, raspberry, fruit cake, vanilla, yoghurt, spices.
F: tart cherry, sweet fruit cake, clove, salt, warming fruit liqueur-like alcohol.
P: medium to full body, oily-sticky texture, soft carbonation.
Rather a messy mix of everything, but tasty for once.

Közepes, tartós, tömör, rózsaszín hab, sötétvörös szín. Meggyes, sütis, vaníliás, szegfűszeges illat. Meggyes, szegfűszeges, sütis ízek, bár nem édes. Enyhén savanykás, a meggytől egy picit kesrnyés. Közepesen testes, enyhén szénsavas, enyhén keserű. Kellemes.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Deep red colour, small white head. Aroma is cherries, lactic acid, quite sweetish with some nutmeg. Flavour is cherries, some syrupy tones with mild tartness and some cherry stones too. Rather sweet, but intense. Somewhat boozy.
