330 ml bottle. Cloudy hazy yellow, no head. Garden herbs and woodruff, smoked wheat and rye, oak, cabbage juice, lactic acid, lime juice. Dry sourness. Light bodied, watery chalky texture, lively carbonated, dry sour finish. Nice overall.

Trockener säuerlicher Beginn, vollmundig mit kräutrigen Noten - Waldmeister ist aber nur mild vorhanden, unterstützt die Säure aber gut. Spritzig, leicht erhöhte Karbonisierung, trockenes Mundgefühl. Intensiver säuerlicher Abgang, konstante Aromatik, rund, adstringierend. Gut! 9/12/10/13/11/13

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow, fizzy and white head. Aroma is earthy and wooden, milky sour. Floral. Sour, crisp fruity. Lingering fruity, sour and smooth. Milky and mellow fruity. Sour and dry fruity finish.

0.33 l bottle from 'Craftbeer-Shop.com', best before May 2022. Slow gusher. Very hazy, pale golden with a thin, fluffy, very quickly diminishing, white head. Slightly sweetish, sourish, gently fruity aroma of lots of lemon, rhubarb, sauerkraut and a touch of woodruff. Quite sour, rather fruity taste of massive lemon, rhubarb, sauerkraut, some grains and a touch of woodruff, followed by a medium long, very tart, quite dry finish. Thin body, fairly astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Really sour, even for a Berliner Weisse, not balanced anymore. The woodruff is very subdued as well.

Finally made it here! Awesome place. Weisse on draft with woodruff, naturally!, and its great. Super refreshing. Mild lactic sour. Mild woodruff. Great.
