Draft. A black beer with alazing tan head. The aroma has notes of chocolate, bourbon, and maple syrup. The flavor is sweet with notes ofmaple syrup, roasted malt, and bourbon, leading to a dry alcoholic finish.

Bottle at the 10th Boise Imperial Stout Tasting. Near black pour with a tan head. Big time aroma of maple syrup and really good espresso. Subtle sweet barrel notes. Impressive balance and depth of flavors. Sweet and inviting with vanilla and maple, rich espresso and light mocha notes. In an evening with many top imperial stouts this stood out as my favorite beer of the evening. Just amazing deliciousness.
