Release 3. pours black, small tanned head. Scent is full, intense coconut, creamt, sweeter roast. Taste is fairly thick, coconut, almonds not to noticeable (lucky for me). Mild saltyness. Quite enjoyable, yet would have preferred more residual sweetness (and thus body).

Bomber @ HJ Hansen, Odense. Pours blacl with a small creamy head. Candybar, almond, vanilla and Wood. Sweet and syrupy. Hoped for some barrel and beer integrity but just sweet and adjuncty nuances.

Mooch sample, courtesy of Sergey, 2020, release 3, SLC 7273; 11.5% ABV
Black colour. Aroma of coffee and chocolate. There is booze and cacao, roastiness (coffee? malt? almonds?), so this would require some massive sweetness, that is not there, resulting in a beer that is thinner than desired; and in this case the salt makes things a bit worse. Burning finish.
It's ok, but not anything that I would look for.

22oz @ Matt's. Appearance: very dark brown with a beige head. Aroma: coffee, earthiness, some fruity and barrel notes. Taste: along the same lines, lots of different barrel flavours. Quite thin. Overall: it's interesting, but not great.
