750mL bottle, pours a cloudy reddish orange with a medium white head. Aroma is loaded with gently tart strawberries, gentle acidity, and a hint of funk. Flavour is full of intense sour strawberries, moderate acidity, and subdued funk that is just subtly detectable. Strawberries are always a difficult one to deal with in lambic. The funk is still there, but the strawberries mostly take over. Very nice stuff.

Bottle split at Watford Tasting, thanks to Danny, 11/03/22. Murky orange amber with an egg shell white covering that thins to a swirl. Nose is tangy strawberries, funk, damp wood, damp cloth, lemon tinged straw. Taste comprises vinous notes, hint of perfume, less strawberry but some noted, berry yoghurt, berry pips, wood must, light acidic spike. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Solid kit ... vibrant and well balanced.

Bottle, 75cl corked. A murky orange colored beer with a small beige head. Raspberry, burnt plastic, overripe strawberry, lemon, grass and hay and a touch of leather and barnyard in the flavor. It's tart and medium to full bodied, nicely carbonated and tart, with a good dash of berry flavors. Raspberry, strawberry, lemon and a leathery, barnyard funk in the flavor. Lasting finish. Well, strawberry really don't work in beer. 220415

Bottle shared in Watford - big thanks to Dan the Osprey. Pours unclear deep orange-gold with a tight, lasting off-white head. Quite juicy, fruity, strawberry, funk, band aid, decent acidity. Light to medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Tart, quenching finish, more tangy strawberry, decent acidity. Enjoyable juice.

75cl Bottle. Shared with the infamous SirAlexOfTheFriendsAndFamFame. Thanks man. Pours hazy deep red with a fizzy head on top. Super jammy strawberry. Ripe and juicy. A touch of wood and funk. Slight acetic bite. Crisp. It works. Lovely.
