Keg at MBCC 2018 Yellow (session Juan), 11/05/18. Lightly hazed golden with a decent off white covering. Nose is big on spruce, bitter citric shreds, herbal notes, grass. Taste comprises pissy citric rinds, herbs, spruce, balsa wood, damp straw, hint of white grape must. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a modest puckering climax. Decent.

Tap. Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is spruce, lots of it, some fresh yeast/typical fruity gose characteristics. Taste is spruce, fresh, fruity, grassy. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Works out nicely!

Sample at MBCC 2018. Poured a hazy straw colour with a round bubbly white head. The aroma is citrus fruits, light dry pine. The flavour is light sour witn a fresh, crisp, light, watery, grainy citrus fruit palate. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation.
