MBCC 2018. Yellow. Keg. A Theydon Bois whip cracking power rate. Opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Smooth palate, semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Sweetish dark malts, little spicy dark chocolate. Good fruits on the back end, almost bourbon barrel like. Spicy finish. Nice.

Flavor is sweet, fairly spicy, roast malt, coffee, dark chocolate, cocoa, spice, cinnamon, chilli, alcohol. Medium to full body, average carbonation, sweet and spicy finish with warming alcohol. 110518

Tap. Black color with beige head. Aroma is vanilla, heavy roast, petrol. Taste is the same, nicely sweet. Viscous oily mouthfeel with low carbonation. Works!
