Sampled at Wild Festival Groningen. Hazy dull golden with small white head. Sour peach, apricot, dry sour grains, light earthy, oak, lemon. Quite sour, light sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Cool.

Mooi zacht abrikozen kleurtje, fris zuur, abrikoosjes zijn ok, wat houterig en iets droog, verder prima.

I'm quite partial to peachy sours, they can add this lovely juicyness and sweetness, that works well with most kinds of sour. This one shows that quite well, with some apricot adding a touch of bitter. Sour, fresh, fruity.

Peach, wood, sour wheat, funky, light aged gouda, dill. Intense sourness starts this one off, weaves in lighter sweet notes. Astringency is present throughout, battles salt. Opens up a little more and presents something fermentation-, not fruit forward.
