Guloransje tåkete med hvitt skum. Lukter plomme, svovel og trevirke. Fruktig og sur. Smaker svovel, plommer, fersken og eple eddik. Lang sur.

Unripe plum. Pours murky orange with good head and lacing. Tart finish, grapefruit bretta. Nice. Bottle at Snally.

Bottle at Snally: cloudy yellow with small head. Loads of plums, funk, wood. Sweet and fruity. Sour and tangy. Wonderful fruity flavors that blend with the yeast and funk.

Bottle. Almost clear deep golden. Quite some Mirabelles but also quetsches and bitter plum skins. Wheat, light sulphur, dry cellar notes, lemon, bread crust, soft white wine vinegar. Quite sour, under medium sweet and bitter. Full bodied. A bit rough but decent stuff.

Bottled@Pien, Helsinki. Hazy orange colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, nectary and some mild blueberries and some tartness. Flavour is floral, fruity and some tart berries. Lovely dry sourness with mild tobacco leafs.

Nice bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head, hazy dark orangy color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, sour stone fruits, sorrel, oak, minerals, old rope, berry skin, fruit stones, flowers. Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, sour stone fruits, mild vinegar, sorrel, soda powder, oak, fruit stones, berry skin, flowers, light malts, leafs, hints of citrus. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.
