75cl bottle from the brewery shop (bottled: 21/01/2022, blend ˚21, season 21 - 22; 7,3%) as my #3400 beer from Belgium. F: thin, tan, quick gone. C: deep gold, hazy with orange hue. A: a lot of 3F funky, sour fruity, Mirabelle, woody, cellar. T: medium malty base, sour fruity, bit puckering, Mirabelle, woody, gooseberries, lemon, bit bready core, plums skin, soft carbonation, great one as I expected.

Golden colour, hazy to cloudy, almost no head. The aroma is interesting: stone fruit, rubber, light sulfur, light cheese. Aggressively sour, fruit forward too, very astringent; the flavour is to aggressive.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy dull orange with a small white head. Aroma is full of juicy plums, light-moderate funk, some petrol, and gentle acidity. Flavour is very juicy, with big juicy plums, moderate acidity, a lacto-y character, and a touch of funk. Juicy, lightly funky finish. Very nice.

Somewhat murky oxidized peach colour. Not much head. Big leathery funk on the nose, with just a touch of stone fruit. Off-dry, the fruit lending some sweetness to the bretty, earthy, leathery character. Might be a bit austere, but tons of complexity.
