21|22 BN° 21 Small yellow head, over clear ochre-golden beer. Nose immediately reminding of preserved salted Chinese prunes. Perfumey, fruitscented soap. Dry, bit mineral, faint farmyard; again these perfumey flavours. Fruitacids, and a little lactic acid. Retronasal peperkoek spices. Light body, acidthinnings seems to make it light for its relatively high ABV. Good carbonation. It might be not the best 3F ever turned out, but it is very remarkable, unusual - especially the nose. Bottle. Hazy gold with a bit reddish orange. Smell is acidic fart and moppy wet vomit. Taste is strong front loaded mirabelle jam and juice on butter toast - and then there is schnaps at the end. Could be better balanced. But it is interesting.

Bottle at Christmas Tasting. Lightly hazy amber, small head. Slightly funky sour nose, a bit of fruit that's hard to place (yeah I know it's Mirabelles but still). Lots of aromatic flowery stuff going on in the nose. The flavor is big sour, a tiny bit of rubberiness, tasty but not so much plum flavor but the character is more like a Mirabelle schnapps. Complex wild yeast goodness for sure.

Bottle. Light hazy deep golden, low offwhite foam. Horseblanket, porridge/toast, mirabelle marmelade, medium body, restrained tartness, mirabelle preserve, leather, lightly moppy. I feel the flavors are fighting each other a little bit.

Bottle, huge thanks SinH4 for sharing! Hazy golden body. Lovely fresh aroma, minerally, funky, definitely some sweet plums in the background, touch of wood maybe. Sweetish taste, light light plummy touches, prunes as well, tart mostly, going sour, quite minerally, more than funky. The plums come out more and more, likable mirabelle plum presence, just subdued.

Bottle. Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is very nice mirabelle indeed, so well-integrated, fruity, some funk, superb aroma. Taste is mirabelle, minerals, super-nicely balanced, mild leather, cleanly. Oily mouthfeel with a slight mineraly bite, almost flat. Amazing one, like most of the Pruims I've had.

Bottle courtesy of Stefan, tasted with the München Ratebeer Group Christmas Tasting Friday 2nd December 2022. Pours hazy gold with a filmy off white head. This is super nice, the plums add a real depth to this, tasty stuff. Sourness is strange, it's zappy, plum skins. Good, very good.
