Bottle sample poured by Werner at IMBC 22 guided tasting, cheers. Hazy to cloudy golden reddish color, white head. Nice fresh plum aroma with light dust. Taste has light to moderate funk and plenty of fruit, light tannins. Tasty

Great nose of horse blanket and sour fruits. The beer starts fruity, mild sour with a nice fruity sour mirabelle finish. Lots of fruits, dominating the aftertaste, mild, fruity with a great mirabelle fruity aftertaste. Flaska från 3F, blend 11, 20 - 21, 7,4%. Något mörkare gul, disig, vit krona. Drucken sida vid sida med Pruim Belle de Louvain, markant skillnad i färgen. Fyllig och söt i doften, drar åt persikogodisar. Mjuk kropp, markant lägre syra mot flera av de andra flaskorna från kvällen, med smakerna längre ner i registret. Lätt sockersött som drar åt persikogodis. Möjligen bland de bättre plommon-varianter, om än inte uppe i toppen.
