After a 2+ year hiatus we are brining this series back. This beer has been both a DIPA + a TIPA in the past. For this iteration, we are placing it firmly in the Triple category with both ABV + Hops. This is the 2nd of a 3-part series. Opaque golden yellow, semi-sweet malt body with pillowy texture and minimal bitterness enveloped in forward notes of freshly peeled oranges and limes with slight pine and floral finishing notes.

Spotty off white head on a vivid pale golden coloured body.

Murky orange topped with a lasting just off white head.
Nose is ripe tropical fruit esters, grass, subtle hop spice, mandarin.
Taste comprises orange pith, grass, pine needle, melon, pine nibble, faint mango notes.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness.
Decent enough DIPA if not delivering a drink me again note.

Can. Okay, Adroit Theory again! Hazy yellowish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light smooth pale malts, a very forward creamy sweetness. Light crisp cooling pine. Candy fruits, a light bright citrus, mild hop spice, touch of Nelson winey grape. Light crisp finish leaves a mild hop spice linger. Too sweet in the malt department but I enjoyed the hops. I continue to be frustrated with this brewery.

Pint can, WW. Canned 12/4/19, Ghost 797, #5946/7900. Murky gold with a small yellowish head. Pineapple, cat piss, mango, citrus nose. Flavor is pineapple, pine, resin, orange peel, mango. Lots of pine in there, but not sappy. Good flavor, nice beer.
