From a 12oz can cloudy pale yellow orange with a thick lasting off white head tropical mango and melon aromas and flavors. Rich full bodied feel Fairly sweet and low on the bitterness. Tasty , smooth and a hefty 8.7

12 oz can from Berts. Pale golden, lightly cloudy, small but persistent creamy head. Aroma is light, citrusy hops, floral, touch of sweetness. Taste starts sweet, turns over to some zesty hops, lactose like flavor as well. Bitterness lingers for a while. DIPA but still fairly crushable.

Normally I don’t like to to rate two IPAs in a row, sensory overload. That is just me. But this is a DIPA, should cut through the clutter. My 12 oz can comes from the nearest HEB and now goes into a solid, heavy bar glass. A soft pour but the head is still strong and there is phenomenal carbonation activity. A pure white head along with an opaque, light lemon yellow body. The nose? Hops, grain and lemon zest. A taste now. Nice lemon presence, grain again, some orange, leather curiously and a fair amount of bitterness. A good fullness. Decent, not great for a style I appreciate.

12 ounce can from Ridgeview Liquors, 5/10/21. Hazy gold, large frothy white head, good retention. Aroma of lemon, dank, grapefruit. Taste is dank, orange, tangerine, vanilla, tropical fruit. Low to moderate bitterness, well balanced. Nice.

12oz can. A pretty solid IIPA. Lots of hop depth. At 8.7% it remains pretty drinkable. What seems like no wheat, oats to weigh it down. Balanced, pleasant, easy on the palate. Relatively straightforward, in a good way.

Pretty old-school malt-bomb DIPA, full of caramel and honey , backed up by touches of orange marmalade and grapefruit pith. Strong pine bitterness on the back end, but underwhelming otherwise.
