Creamy golden and light peach coloured body with a thin tan head that fades pretty quickly and leaves a small lace on the sides. Aroma of hay, grass, some light wheat and biscuity malt notes and a heavy dose of yeast and bread here with little else, aside from some light caster sugar. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong biscuity and grassy malts show at first with a very small amount of hops coming from the European hops with low alpha acids with some soft sugars towards the end and some more heavy yeastie and breadiness here with little else. Aftertaste shows some oats and biscuity malts with a lot of grainy notes and no real complexity with some slight sweetness towards the end as well. Overall, a decent beer with some very small flavours and complexity, but a relatively clean and easy-drinking beer with only some mild malts and sugars here to make note of. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Whole Foods in New York (Bryant Park, 42nd Street), New York on 14-January-2023 for US$5,99 sampled on the streets of New York, New York with my wife and kids a few hours later on 14-January-2023.

16 ounce can from Collier’s Liquors in Cape May, New Jersey. Special commemorative baseball label stating “100 years to bear fruit and 100 years of Negro League Baseball”. Label indicates a special collaboration with The Mad Batter Restaurant, Ludlum Island Brewery and Montclair Brewery. Hazy orange gold pour. Rocky beige head. Tangy citrus fruit aroma has mild notes of lemon, bready malt and tangerine. Flavor is sweet citrus. Notes of tangerine, lemon and pineapple. Some booziness on backend. Tasty.

16 oz. Aroma has notes of grain, lemon peel, sweetness, bread. Pours murky burnt orange with a collapsing bone-white head. Taste has a moderate herbal hop bitterness with mild tartness and it's fruity and spicy, almost reminiscent of witbier. Interesting and tasty.

16oz can from Tavour. Hazy golden amber pour, foamy head fades away. Malty aroma, faint fruity notes. Taste is sweet, malts sink back behind what must be the baobab fruit, almost a tropical flair to it. Thick and chewy, light bitterness at the end. Refreshing, too!
