12oz can shared at the Spring DC tasting. Poured a very dark brown color with a small off-white head. Big coffee notes. Roasted malts. Creamy mocha. Really nice stuff. Super smooth.

12oz can from Boise Co-op. Dark brown pour with a thin, creamy beige head. Coffee, roast malts make up the aroma. Taste brings more coffee, not much chocolate, a touch of sweetness, and the bitterness all the way through.

On Tap at Growler Guys Very dark brown pour with a coarse tan head. Classic dark brown ale roast notes. A little HBcoffee and some leathery earthy character. A litel dark woody bitterness at the end. Fairly robust for a brown. Good.
