Much like a great granola bar on a long hike, Pika is waiting for at the end of the day with a nibble of sweetnees, a backbone of chocolate, silky milk and the soft bite of peanut butter.

12 ounce can. Was a gusher. From trade with Buckeyboy. Thanks. Poured very black, no light comes through when held to a light. Head was ample and khaki colored. The aroma was indeed fresh roasted peanuts. The taste had semi-sweet nuts in the forefront that give way to bitter expresso type coffee. Palate was full and smooth. Paired with some hatch chili pepper chips. Lingering coffee with hazelnut liqueur on the finish. Overall: decent--very unique beer.

12oz can picked up at Harmon's. Pours black with a medium sized beige head, good lacing. Dark malts, peanut butter, ashy, chocolate and maple syrup. Nice

On tap at the brewery pours out dark brown almost black topped with a cream nitro tan head. Nose is big sweet chocolate peanut butter some maple maybe. Taste is more of the nice sweet chocolate malts peanut butter notes some maple and a chalk end.

Taster at Public House. Dark brown with a creamy tan head. Peanut butter on the aroma. Taste adds dark bitter chocolate to the PB, with nitro and lacto smoothing things out.
