Quite hazy golden and blonde coloured body with a nice two to three centimetre tall pure white head. Aroma of pungent and deep resinous, fruity and very herbal hops with some light pine notes and a good deal of malt near the end. Medium-bodied; Strong rich malt bite that shows some light caramel and sweet honey and resinous notes, but a lot more tropical and juicy fruit notes that show a bit of oranges and grapefruits with some mangoes as well, but finishing with a dry alpha acid bitter bite. Aftertaste is rich from the malts with a good pungent bite and some light alcohol notes, but the deep bitter and pungent hop notes dominate and show both dry herbal characteristics and more strong fruity and juicy notes. Overall, a nice and very rich, true IPA that has a nice bitter hop flavour throughout and smooth, but supportive malt backbone with a light dose of sugars. Good to sample, especially on draught and very fresh! I sampled this sixteen ounce, full pint pour on draught at Open Range [restaurant] in Bozeman, Montana on 29-July-2020 for US$6,00 while having dinner with my family.

Tap. Pours a bit hazy yellow with a small white head and good lacing. Aroma is citrus, tropical fruit, grapefruit, papaya. Flavor is light sweet and light bitter, tropical and juicy, hint of dankness. Medium body. Pretty solid. Perhaps my favorite MT beer on this trip so far...
