The aroma that I get is basically sour raspberry. The flavors are similar to nose with the added lactose witches gives it the cream flavor. The Fairly strong carbonation in enhances the tartness. Good body nice finish with no off flavors.

Yesterday. Once we got past the soft serve (which as usual is extremely bitter) it's a solid fruity simple sour. Got vanilla but no burnt sugar caramel.

Can from Bottkecraft North Park. Pinkish with a small head. Aroma of raspberries, funk and some lactose. Similar taste. Not that sweet.

Can from Craft Brewed. Pours a hazy ruby with a finger of pink foam that lingers. Raspberry yogurt aromas, strawberry and cream. Light tartness, raspberry skin and seed bitterness, sweet fruit. Can. A- Tart, leafy greens, subtle berry, bat guano. A- Dark pink color, cloudy liquid, off white head. T- Sour, rhubarb, cooked leafy greens, mild funk. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, earthy finish. O- Really odd. Loved the concept and it's definitely as unusual as many of Omnipollo's brews are but this was was a touch of a let down. Really earthy with a leafy vegetable like taste. Rhubarb and arugula come to mind first. Got some raspberry but no vanilla. Just different. I both liked it and hated it.

12 ounce can into tulip glass; no can dating, but is a recent release. Pours moderately hazy/cloudy ruby reddish orange/purple color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense light pink head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass. Aromas of bit juicy/tart/tangy raspberries, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, peach, grapefruit, green apple, white grape, hay, straw, herbal, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, and bread; with light notes of pepper, musty/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/acidic yeast, raspberries, vanilla, lactose, and bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big juicy/tart/tangy raspberries, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, peach, grapefruit, green apple, white grape, hay, straw, herbal, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, and bread; with light notes of pepper, musty/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang; light herbal bitterness, and yeast spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy raspberries, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, peach, grapefruit, green apple, white grape, hay, straw, herbal, grass, vanilla, cream, wheat, bread, light pepper/funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, raspberries, vanilla, lactose, and bready malt flavors; with an awesome malt/tartness and tangy fruit balance; with zero puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from tartness and tangy fruit. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready, and fairly acidic/tangy/tannic balanced mouthfeel that is fantastic. Zero warming alcohol for 6%. Overall this is a fantastic fruited sour ale! All around outstanding complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, raspberries, vanilla, lactose, and bready malt flavors; very smooth and refreshing to drink with the mellowly lactic/tangy/tannic/drying finish. Amazing authentic jammy raspberry presence with balanced Lacto complexity; and nice malty/lactose backbone. Never overly acidic or sweet either way, making this super drinkable. A highly enjoyable offering.
