Deep russet-brown, small head over jet-black beer. Tonka beans a mile out, Clan tobacco, dark fruit. Dark sweet cherries in the mouth, cinnamon, Tonka beans, roasted, vanilla; roastbitterness defining the finish. The fruit enhances the stoutacidity; warming up more and more black chocolate. Obviously full bodied, oily, rich and creamy carbonation. Alcoholheat. Tonka galore. Like drinking Clan tobacco. Thanks to Stef!

Draught @ Fermentoren, Halmtorvet 29 c, Copenhagen, Denmark 1700. [ As Cloudwater / Lervig Black Forest Stout ].Clear dark black brown colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, sweet malt, roasted, dark malt, chocolate, cinnamom - tonka, chocolate cake - cherry. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, dark malt, roasted, chocolate, chocolate cake - cherry, tonka. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. On tap at Fermentoren, Copenhagen. Black, small brownish head. Chocolate, vanilla, dark fruit, berriessweetish. Smooth texture, low carbonation. Full bodied. Nice.

[5/8/18] Draught at Fermentoren in Copenhagen. Black, tan foam. Roast, lots of cherries, lots of tonka, coffee, dark chocolate, licorice, sweet and a bit sourish, full-bodied.

440ml can. Pours black with a tan head. Cherry, chocolate, sour cherry, lots of cherry, bit earthy, more chocolate, bit of coffee, cherry liqueur. Full body. Not particularly complex or subtle, but extremely tasty.

Tap. Very dark brown with small off-white head. Aroma is roasted malt, chocolate, cocoa, spices and cinnamon. Flavour is roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, caramel, spices, cinnamon and sweet.

Draught at Fermentoren, shared with Skinnyviking. Shiny naked surface, fragile lacing, deep black in the glass. Smell of dark berries and chocolate. Rich flavours of coconuts, dark berries, and spiced chocolate. Rather long, sweet malt-driven finish. Smooth in the mouth. Fine depth. Decent sipper. (Copenhagen 09.05.2018).

Tap @Fermentoren. Black, tiny beige head. Deep malty aroma, cherries, cinnnamon. Sweet cherry flavour, berry bitterness. Lasting cinnamon, but ok controlled.
