Draft at the brewery, 6/15/25. Mostly clear yellowish color, white head, moderate lace. Bready, grains, pistachio, vanilla, and some herbal notes. Really smooth and creamy feel. Tasty

Bought from WI. Slightly cloudy yellow colour, small white head. Perfumic pistachio aroma. Light-bodied. Pale malts, low bitterness, sweetish pistachio nut flavour. Well. if you like that nut, this is ok.

12oz can. Kind of soft with the pistachio, which isn't so bad, as it generally imparts a kind of oily grossness. I'd say this is rather indiscernable, mild nuttiness in the background. A pretty solid Cream Ale all the way. I think I have had it before where it was more pronounced. Good.

Can from Tavour: pours gold with white head. Pistachio aroma and some corn. Sweet, creamy pistachio, not bitterness. Surprisingly OK.

I’ve got a friend who works there and apparently this is one of their biggest sellers. Indeed Pistachio Cream Ale 5.5% 15 IBU Nice golden color with thick off-white foam. The aroma at first gives you ale esters then the pistachio comes through. Medium to light bodied and semi-dry. The taste is big on the pistachio light on the ale.for me it’s a touch too much pistachio but it’s definitely an easy drinking brew. It comes together more as it warms so give this one a bit more time.

Amber with a frothy, white head. Aroma like a cream soda with a dash of pistachio syrup thrown in. A touch cloying. Taste is bittersweet up front, bread-like sweet at the end with lingering pistachio that feels artificial. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Fun in limited doses.

On tap at Ray J’s. Pours a near clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has sweet creamy grains with a bit pistachio coming through. Flavor combines creamy sweet grains and pistachio with a hint of cookie in the finish.
