Thirst-quenching, crisp & snappy are all adjectives that come to mind when drinking this fresh, light Mexican-style lager. We use Vienna malt and corn to give the malt profile just enough oomph to separate this beer from its mass produced imported and domestic counterparts. Authentic lager yeast and cold fermentation ensure it ends up a dry, even-keeled session beer. A beer for all reasons.

Can from Beer Republic. Aroma is a bit sweetish pale malt with a little citric touch. Sweeter than I like my Lager with a light bitterness. Light to medium body. Drinkable but could be better.

Can from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours clear bright gold with a moderate creamy white head. Aroma is mixed fruits with mild bready support. Near med body. Flavor is bready supporting citrus, melon, and a hint of bergamot. Dry and lightly bitter. Decent.

On tap at the brewery pours out crisp pale straw topped with a white head. Nose is light grain and some fresh cut grass. Taste is more of the nice light grain and grass.

12oz can. Clear golden yellow in color with a nice white head. Lightly sweet aroma of malt and grass. Smooth taste is sweet with minimal bitters. Grassy with light herbal notes. Clean and crisp. Crushable.

Clear golden colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour are grainy and fairly sweet. Soft carbonation. Plain and simple.

12 oz from a six pack. Aroma is bready, grassy. Pours slightly hazy golden with a one finger off-white head with great retention. Taste has significant bready malt sweetness backed by some light herbal hop bitterness, finishing lightly dry. Nicely carbonated creamy mouthfeel, but a tad thin. A good beach/lawnmower beer.
