Bottle. Pale cloudy yellow, fluffy lacing white head, agressive carbonation. Citric (lemons and orangepeel) an mineral aroma. Straw malt base hiding behind citric and grassy hop aromatics. Sparkly mouthfeel, medium body. Dry grassy finish, a bit clay in the aftertaste. Fresh.

Bottle, 4.9%. OK yeasty aroma. Hazy pale yellow colour. Good stable white head. The flavour is yeasty, naturtrüb, but not that pleasant. Tastes old even though it is not, and it is supposed to be yeasty.

Bottle: Slightly hazy, stable and lacing creamy white head; distinctive floral-hoppy nose; robust sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium-bodied, mellow MF; lingering sweet-bitter finish. A very well balanced, very well rounded session beer..............

(bottle) Slightly hazy, yellow to pale golden colour with a fluffy, slowly lacing foamy white head. Dusty and yeasty, slightly herbal and floral hoppy aroma on a malty background. Sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Grainy, cereal-like taste, slightly strawy and yeasty; dry, grainy, slightly bitter, but aromatic herbal, slightly floral finish hoppy finish. Pretty quaffable and moreish brew, a very good session beer. Probably the pasteurised and bottled version of the Zwickel Bier, which has to be confirmed.
