Our flagship brew, is an unfiltered, West Coast style IPA brewed with six hop varietals (Citra, Centennial, Cascade, Colombus, Mosaic, Amarillo). These various hop additions give our IPA both subtle and refreshing pine aroma and tropical fruit flavors with a hint of grapefruit. It's a hop forward experience without an overpowering bitterness.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: glossy bright semi-clear yellow color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: piney, herbal, orangey and light grapefruity hops with a clean malt base
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a fine bittersweet quality; finishes semi-piney and orangey
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, some smoothness but light hop bitterness assertiveness
Overall: pretty nicely done IPA I would return to

Refrigerated 12 oz can poured into a glass. Hazy golden with small white head. Aroma is herbal hops, medium body, medium/lower carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is evergreen hops.

Can, online from Beer Bruvs. Pours hazed golden amber with a cream head. Aroma: malt, citrus pith, pine. Taste: light sweet & moderate bitter, clean, citrus, grapefruit, pine. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Ricky white head left a creamy cover on an unclear amber body. Pine, pith & malt aroma. Medium bodied, sharp with a smooth clean dry back. Bitter, pine, pithy, resin, grapefruit & malt tastes with a long tangy finish. Straightforward West Coast - Excellent.

On tap at Big Oyster brewpub in Lewes. Amber orange pour small creamy beige head. Fragrant citrus hop nose hints at grapefruit. decent malt base is balanced by tropical citrus and some pine. Medium bodied and flavorful. Dry bitter finish.

Draft at the Hilton. Hazy orange/golden, small creamy head, streaky lacing. Fruity, hoppy aroma , tropical notes. Taste is dry, fruity, citrus peel, tropical flavors. Crisp bitter finish.

This beer is a clear golden color with a medium white head that diminishes gradually to an outer ring. Strings of lace. Piney hops, citrus and malt in the nose. Medium body with flavors of zesty citrus, piney hop and biscuit malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a citrusy hop aftertaste. Above average overall.

A bit of a misfire here. This one is big on green onion but not much else in the hop aroma sense. Golden pour without much head. Bitter finish. Tap at brewery.
