Bottle, slightly too old. Dark brown, low head. Burned hay, light oxidized, chocolate cake with boozy raisins and vanilla piping. Medium light body, tiny bit too light , dry, raisins, plums, a bit cholate roast, earthy, hayish, oxidized roast retronasal. Needs to be more chewy, otherwise authentic.
