Bottle from het Biermoment, BB 10/04/2020. Slight hazy amber color, medium frothy head. Aroma is slight spicy of rye, has some fruity notes of strawberry and cherry and some caramel and toffee. Bit sweet fruity candy in taste, toffee, spices. Well balanced, even though its a bit too spicy perhaps. Well done.

Bottle shared. Hazy light brown with huge cream colored head. Caramel, raisins, dark bread, light yeast, strawberries, sour red berries, soft milk chocolate and toast. There’s a light spicy resinous touch but I wouldn’t recognize the pine if I didn’t know it was there. Medium sweet, under medium bitter with a light sour touch. Medium bodied with a bit watery feel and cola-like carbonation. Quite some alcohol in the finish. It has a nice aroma but the strong carbonation and alcoholic finish let it down a bit.

Bottle @ home. Nice dark red brown color, average to medium sized beige head that lasts for a decent while. Aroma is malts, caramel, toffee, light diacetyl. Taste malts, caramel, diacetyl again, slightly sweet and a somewhat unpleasant bitterness. Decent to medium body, medium carbonation.

33cl Bottle at Lab-44. Clear copper amber-brown colour, off-white head. Aroma of caramel, burnt caramel, nuts, light spruce. Flavour is of a strong Belgian Amber, a tad less sweet, light malty, grass, hint of spruce, bitter finish. Light bodied. Decent, but not really exciting.
